The empowered battery, which provides higher results for both performance and range, is empowered in two ways with battery cells and BMS card configuration compared to normal standard batteries.

1) Battery Cells: Let's assume your current battery is 36V 10Ah. It contains a total of 40 celss, generally 2500mAh, 10 series and 4 parallel. For example, when it produces a 36V 16Ah battery, ZipPil uses a total of 50 batteries of 3200mAh, 10 series and 5 parallel. Both the current capacity of the battery cell becomes higher and the total capacity increases. Since the current is still 36V, it does not cause any harm to the motor and controller. Since it is just a capacity increase, it provides 60% more range. The 36V 22.4Ah battery provides 125% more range than the original 10Ah battery.

2) BMS card: This card, called Battery Management System, is used in all lithium batteries. This card ensures that all of the battery cells in the battery are charged balanced, equally and accurately; and that they provide energy to the bike in an equal and balanced manner. Let's assume that your original battery is 36V 10Ah and your bike has 250W power. Your battery is produced as 250 / 36 = 6.94 amps. In other words, when you throttle or cycle pedal, your bike instantly takes 6.94 amperes of energy, and it is limited in this way to comply with CE standards. However, there is a point that we call the peak value of the motor and the controller.

In the powered battery, ZipPil company used a high-class BMS card that supports up to 20 ampere discharge. In other words, if we assume that the motor and the controller allow instantaneous maximum energy take up to 10 amps, 36 X 10 = 360 watts. In other words, when you throttle or pedal, you can instantly feel 360W energy, not 250W. This results in your bike being a little more agile on ramps and takeoffs. You cannot expect more performance than this because the motor is 250W and the controller is configured accordingly. ZipPil only allows the maximum peak values of both the motor and the controller to be instantly reflected to you.
